The Stable Swindle creates a ‘Stable’ of Superstars to support a player. When you play a Stable, choose up to two Superstars from the Superstar discards and attach them to the Stable card. During your match, you can have one of your Stable members successfully Run-In and grant their Finisher bonus to help you win the match, or they can serve as your Tag Team partner. The normal DQ risk still applies if you have a Stable member Run-In to your match.
Developer’s Notes
When a Stable is dissolved and you were scheduled to wrestle with a Stable member as your tag team partner, the match is indeed cancelled. There is some room for flexibility here. Ultimately, I would suggest the Commentator for the event be in control of this edge case scenario. The role of the Commentator is meant to address situations that might not be 100% clear.
The possibilities could be for you to wrestle one of the tag team members of the team you were originally going to compete against, draw another Superstar to wrestle altogether, or even square off against one of your former Stable members as if there was some internal, unresolved conflict. You shouldn’t be forced to Enjoy the Show.
