ARE YOU A FACE OR A HEEL?
A little more about your faction. You can decide to start out as a good guy, the babyface, or simply Face, or as a bad guy, the one everyone loves to hate, the Heel. Beware, your faction can change over the course of the game!
Face
During play, Face wrestlers can spend two Pop to draw the top card of the Ring discard pile to their hand. These abilities only kick in after setup is complete. Face wrestlers, due to their popularity, earn an Extra Reward anytime they win a match.
Certain cards like Signature Chant, Reversal, and General Sam Rage have a Face requirement, meaning you must be a Face in order to play those cards or to keep them in play. If your faction changes, any Face cards will be discarded.
Heel
Heels are rewarded for their nefarious ways by earning Heat for acts like being disqualified from matches and other underhanded actions. Heels can spend two Heat to draw the top card of the Gear discard pile to their hand.
Certain cards like Trash Can, Effective Hate, and Dr. Lionel Lector have a Heel requirement, meaning you must be a Heel in order to play those cards or to keep them in play. If your faction changes, any Heel cards will be discarded.
