The SAW Meter represents a Move’s bonus for a wrestler depending on their Style. Strong, Average, Weak.
Strong
If a Style’s red icon matches the icon on the Move card, that wrestler uses the top, Strong bonus.
Weak
If a Style’s blue icon matches the icon on the Move card, that wrestler uses the bottom, Weak bonus.
Average
If the Move’s icon doesn’t match either of a wrestler’s Style icons, use the middle, Average bonus.
